Something most entrepreneurs don't talk about
Something most entrepreneurs don't talk about is you get to this point in your business, typically somewhere between the 5-10yr mark, and you suddenly feel like you've hit a wall.
Where you've worked really fucking hard to get to that point, you've built the thing, you are objectively successful, and then you just realize things changed.
I think it's not often talked about because for ambitious people, it could feel like failure. And if I'm being real here, you have to be ambitious to make it to year 5 as a business owner as almost 50% of businesses fail by then.
That wall is because they've outgrown what they've been doing.
- Outgrown themselves.
- Outgrown their brand.
- Outgrown their systems.
- Outgrown goals.
- Even often outgrown who they even want as clients.
This liminal space of outgrowing what was and not knowing what's to come is where most of my 1:1 clients come to me to sort out because it sucks, it's frustrating, it's miserable.
It's not failure, it's just growth. ✨🙏💜
